We are headed into Spring – although lately it’s been feeling a lot more like Winter around the Grand Valley.
Around this time of year I get the question of, are you starting to get busy in real estate? The reality is, it didn’t really slow down over the Winter! Yes, you can feel it start to build with all the activity in the market; but when we took a look at the numbers, right now the fastest moving and most interesting area is the $200-$300k price range. There is a lot of activity in that area.
It however is followed closely by the $100-$200k price range. A lot of those homes are what we are seeing active on the market or at least a lot of buyers looking in those price ranges.
